New version of FOF

Hi,

Everyone who want can download new version of FOF.
Change log:

  • mod_rewrite support out of the box. Configuration examples
  • siteaccess pattern http://gadgetopia.com/post/4245 to get basic idea
  • now each siteaccess can have it's own theme.
